Educational Centre Manager / Coordinator
We are looking for a passionate and organised Centre Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our creative and educational centre in Southampton.
This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone who loves working with children, enjoys team coordination, and wants to be part of an inspiring learning community.
Responsibilities:

Oversee Saturday centre operations (11am–5pm) and occasional planning sessions

Coordinate scheduling and lesson plans with teachers

Support communication with parents and staff

Manage Saturday Centre Reception

Help manage materials, supplies, and class logistics

Represent the centre’s values with warmth and professionalism
Requirements:

Experience working with children or in education

Strong communication and organisational skills

Self-motivated and reliable

DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Ability to work on-site in central Southampton on Saturdays
CRM & Marketing Manager (Part-Time or Freelance)
We're now seeking a CRM, Social Media & Marketing Manager who’s also confident with photography and video content to help us share our story, engage families, and grow our community. You’ll work closely with the Centre Director to design and deliver campaigns that support enrolments, build trust with parents, and communicate our unique educational offer.
Responsibilities:

Develop and manage CRM strategy to improve customer engagement and retention

Create and send email campaigns, newsletters, and automated journeys

Create and manage marketing content across social media (Instagram, Facebook)
-
Design and manage campaigns to promote new classes, events, and holiday clubs
-
Capture photos and short videos during Saturday sessions and events to use across platforms
-
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand and tone of voice
Requirements:

Experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital communications

Strong copywriting and communication skills
-
Proficiency with CRM/email tools
-
Experience with Wix and Canva is a plus
-
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Interest in education, family services, or children’s development is a bonus
Saturday School Supporter – Children’s Animation & Engagement Hero
Are you the kind of person who always knows the latest dances, YouTube trends, Roblox updates, and TikTok games? Do you have endless energy, a big smile, and a natural connection with children?
We’re looking for a Saturday School Supporter to bring fun, animation, and engagement to our weekend learning hub at Liberi Laeti!
About the Role
You’ll be the spark that keeps our Saturday School exciting and joyful! From leading games and dances to supervising lunch breaks and transitions, you’ll make sure children feel happy, safe, and included throughout the day.
Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome children and help them settle into the day
-
Lead games, challenges, and movement breaks between lessons
-
Supervise children during lunch breaks and transitions between classes
-
Play and connect with kids during free time (especially those who are shy)
-
Keep up with what kids are currently into—Roblox, Minecraft, YouTube, dances, etc.

Assist teachers with classroom transitions and light setup
-
Help create an atmosphere of fun, creativity, and care
Requirements:

Natural enthusiasm, high energy, and a great sense of humour

Confidence with group activities and being in front of a crowd (even a small one!)

Great understanding of children aged 5–12 and their interests

Knowledge of current kid trends (games, platforms, music, shows)

Reliable, friendly, and a strong communicator

DBS certificate (or willingness to get one)
Music Teacher – Singing, Band, Musicianship, Instrumental Skills
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Music Teacher who can lead group and/or individual sessions in singing, musicianship, band performance, and instrumental practice.
Your lessons may include:

Group and solo singing

Band or ensemble coaching (children playing instruments together)

Musicianship development (ear training, rhythm, music theory basics)

Instrumental instruction (based on your specialism – piano, guitar, violin, drums, etc.)
What We’re Looking For

A background in music education or professional musical experience

Confident playing and teaching at least one musical instrument

Experience working with children aged 5–12

Ability to run engaging, age-appropriate music lessons (with a mix of fun and structure)

Creative, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach

DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Experience with performance, choirs, or studio work is a bonus!

Обязанности:
Вы будете вести занятия по русскому языку и литературе для трёх возрастных групп:

Класс 1: 5–7 лет — развитие речи, словарный запас, первые шаги в чтении и письме

Класс 2: 8–9 лет — орфография, грамматика, чтение и обсуждение текстов

Индивидуальные/мини-группы: подготовка к экзамену GCSE по русскому языку (включая разговор, аудирование, письмо и чтение)
Требования:

Знание структуры и требований экзамена GCSE Russian

Отличное владение грамматикой, орфографией, литературой

Умение адаптировать материалы под возраст и уровень
