Class 1: Ages 5–7 – Discovering the Joy of Art
For our youngest artists, art is play with purpose. In these sessions, we focus on:
Exploring colours and textures using pastels, watercolours, crayons, and even natural materials like leaves or sand
Fine motor skills through cutting, tearing, and gluing
Creative storytelling with drawings that reflect their imagination and emotions
Our little creators love experimenting, whether they’re turning a handprint into a jungle animal or using bubble wrap to make fun prints. These early lessons help children build confidence in their creative abilities.
Class 2: Ages 8–9 – Learning Techniques, Growing Ideas
In our middle group, children begin to explore more structured artistic techniques while still enjoying freedom of expression. They learn:
How to mix colours and create mood in their artwork
The basics of perspective, symmetry, and composition
How to use different tools—paintbrushes, palette knives, charcoal, pencils
We also introduce short projects that span several weeks, such as designing a cityscape or creating a self-portrait, giving students the opportunity to plan, reflect, and refine their work.
Class 3: Ages 10–12 – Expressing Individual Vision
For our oldest students, art lessons become a true platform for self-expression and exploration. These young artists are encouraged to:
Experiment with style and media—from acrylic painting and ink drawing to collage and sculpture
Take inspiration from famous artists like Kandinsky, Matisse, or Basquiat
Develop their own creative voice through guided projects and open-ended challenges
Our aim is to nurture both technical skill and artistic confidence. We also encourage peer discussion and constructive feedback, helping students to think critically about their own work and that of others.
